Special courts are created for specific matters like court for narcotic crimes,family courts, juvenile courts for crimes done by minors,civil courts, criminal courts, enforcement directorate for financial irregularities etc.These courts work in their specific fields so that litigations go for early conclusions due to their specialisation. In a similar way,special courts are needed for crimes involving politicians.They should not get mixed with other cases so that the accused politician is tried expeditiously and either acquitted or punished.This creates the impression that politicians are not above law.Justice delayed is justice denied.Politicians charged with serious criminal offences come out on bail & rule the country, even becoming chief ministers or central cabinet ministers. This is creating air pollution in near by places. Those in that area also will affect by air related pollution and diseases. Need to create awareness.
