honorable sir sir as we know, in our cour crores of cases are pending since many year and it is almost impossible to give justice to recent year and sort out this problem. many of that cases are small type of conflict and keep going on from many years. so my suggestion is to you apeale such peaple through MAN KI BAT to resolve it by consultation and withdraw cases by understanding and take out win win solution . if lack of cases will withdraw it will help to reduce some sort of burden on judiciary systems thank you

'Wastage of Medical Specialists Manpower: A nightmare for Indian Patients' Medical Council of India runs Diploma&MD courses for many Medical specialities. 1.Why Diploma&MD for same subject ? 2.Though in PG entrance test rank of Diploma holders is lower than MD holders but, they both had same a) eligibility criteria, i.e.MBBS b) duration of Practical clinical experience of 2years during PG, only difference is MDs spent theoretical 1year extra during PG for thesis,whereas in reality most theses are 'copy paste'. 3.As per MCI only MD can be faculty in Medical college hospitals. 4.Many hospitals without MD courses,recruit mostly MD holders as doctors.But many such posts remain vacant due to MD holders not applying,so patient care suffers. As patient suffers, there is a need for introspection,its a sheer national wastage due to non-deployment of trained talent (diploma hoders),whereas,diploma holders have equivalent MBBS and practical clinical experience,refer to point 2 above.

महाशय, बताये रूस और यूक्रेन के युद्ध के निर्णय लेने में एक आम सैनिक और उनपर आश्रित परिवार या सामान्य नागरिक की क्या गलती है जो मृत्यु को प्राप्त कर रहे है या कठोर दर्द उठा रहे है, और शायद आपको भी यह महशूश जरूर होता होगा, और इसी दर्द को रोकने के लिए मैं आपको लिख रहा हूँ अगर हम इसे समय पर रोक नही पाते तो भारत भी इसको चपेट में जरूर आएगी और शारीरिक/आर्थिक/विनाश का संकट भारत में भी आ जाएगा। महाशय, जितना जल्दी हो सके उतना जल्दी उपाय करे क्योकि अगर इस दिन अगर युद्ध मे 100 सैनिक मर रहे है तो उसका कारण भारत हो सकता है, क्योकि भारत अगर आज उपाय ले लेता तो आज के 100 जान तो बच जाते और आगे होने वाले जान भी बचेंगे।

महाशय, सेवा में सविनय निवेदन है कि मैं आपका ध्यान आकृष्ट करना चाहता हूँ कि कुछ ऐसा अहिंसा आंदोलन/ शोक उत्सव/दीपक जलाना/ मशाल जलाना/मोमबत्ती जलाना/ राष्ट्रीय उपवास या कुछ और पूरे भारतवासियों द्वारा किया जाए जब तक यूक्रेन युद्ध थमें नही या कोई निश्चित दिन पर, या ऐसे और कोई कार्य/उपाय जो सरकार द्वारा सुझाये जाए, सुझाव /प्रयास अगर प्राकृतिक हो तो और भी बेहतर होगा। गैर सरकारी संगठन, मानव अधिकार सुरक्षा संगठन एवं देश के छोटे से छोटे इकाई/संस्था से लेकर बड़े से बड़े का सहयोग इस होने वाले तृतीय विश्व युद्ध को रोकने के लिए अति आवश्यक है। इससे दूसरा देश भी भारत से सीखकर कुछ ऐसा उपाय करेंगे ताकि तृतीय विश्व युद्ध की तरफ न बढे दुनिया। महाशय, मर तो रहे है रूस यूक्रेन के लोग लेकिन इससे मानसिक दर्द मुझे भी हो रहा है क्योंकि मैं मानवजाति को अपना मानता हूँ चाहे वह कोई भी देश का हो, धर्म का हो, या पशु पक्षी पेड़ ही क्यों ना हो(इसीलिए मैं शाकाहारी हूँ)
