Due to lack of resource many Human/Animal welfare orgs are shut down.So can there be ONLY ONE Human/Animal welfare org per a defined area? A part of every person's salary(Slab basis-starting at min like 2 rs)should automatically go to these orgs each month the way we pay taxes. A website to be made where we can view and pre-set at least 1 Human and 1 animal org to which our monthly contribution goes & should have easy access to visit them anytime. These orgs should be transparent and be audited.
