To clean our nation, there is an idea, 1) waste to be segregated at source. 2) waste to be moved to sugar factory 3) flammable waste to be fired in the boiler ( which is available in plant) to generate steam and power 4) Biodegradable waste to be put into biogas plant ( which is to be built) and for gas generation and for bio fertilizer. 5) Remaining waste to be recycled by this we can clean our nation as well as we can utilize and improve efficiency of sugar plant, and bio fertilizer can be used in agriculture ( press mud already distributing to farmer by sugar plant.

The 7 factors which influence the decision of establishing an industry are: availability of raw materials, labour, capital, access to markets, availability of abundant power supply, modes of transportation like railways, roadways for transportation of finished goods, and raw materials; and availability of land. In all these factors increase of electricity charges in some states is a big problem to industries, centre should look after the electricity charges to be constant to all industries in India. Unified Electricity charges should be applied to the companies all over India. Electricity charges in different states is a big problem for manufacturing sector to be concentrated in certain states. This is a big problem for manufacturing industries to shift to vietnam and not to india.

Most Respected PMJI VANAKKAM. My most humble suggestions are as under : 1) Mission mode efforts are imperative to rejuvenate and restore the water bodies across the country . Over the years, several water bodies have either vanished or shrunk in size due to rampant encroachments ,pollution , invasive species such as water hyacinth, prosopis juliflora etc. Dumping of garbage, wastes, letting raw sewage, effluents , discarded plastics etc. aggravate the problem. Unless the polluted water bodies are restored to their pristine glory, there will be severe water scarcity in the days ahead. Please issue necessary advisory to all the District Collectors in the country through the Union Ministry concerned to take earnest steps to safeguard the existing water bodies properly. 2) The drive against black money stashed abroad needs to be stepped up. The undisclosed income has to be brought into the tax net on top priority .
