Looking at the progress India has made under the NDA government, Narendra Modiji as the prime minister, I wish I was born at least in 1958 rather than in 1938.

Reservation in Panchayati Raj. Sir, Submitted that as per Article 243D (1) and 2243T (1) of the Constitution, the seats are reserved for SC and ST in Panchayati Raj elections, but for the OBCs, it is on the discretion State Govt whether to provider reservation to OBCs in Panchayati Raj Election or otherwise in accordance with Article 243 D(6) and T(6) of the Constitution, as it has not been specifically laid down as in case of SC and ST category. Which is great discrimination and injustice with OBC category and violation of Article 14 of the constitution. As such, it is desirable that Article 243 D (6) and T(6) of the Constitution may be reviewed to remove the inequality with OBCs and to provide social justice within the reserve category being the Socially and Educationally Backward classes to ensure proper representations in the Panchayats and Local Bodies. With Regards,

Creamy Layer in all Reservations Sir, It is suggested that there is also a need to introduce creamy layer in all reserve categories including SC and ST, so that the reservation is used to its right direction and genuine poor families are uplifted, otherwise the poor will never get their chance even after further 100 years, since so far, benefit of reservation under SC and ST categories has been availed mostly by the influenced and rich people, while the poor got very rare share of reservation. Though reservation to SC and ST categories was provided equal to their population ratio in the country, yet it failed to uplift the poor as mostly was availed by the uplifted and influenced families repeatedly, pushing poor to the poorest. As such, it is desirable that creamy layer may also be introduced for SC and ST categories like OBC and EWS category, so that the reservation is provided to the most deserving and down trodden families in the categories on priority. With Regards

Reservation Bill for J&K. Sir, Chairman, All J&K OBC Manch, on behalf of all OBCs of J&K express thankfulness to the Hon’ble Prime Minister and the Union Govt for proposed decision to bring J&K Reservation Bill 2023 in the Parliament for approval during current Budget Session. It is an historical decision for OBCs of J&K, who will get the reservation first time. Previous Govts led by NC-Congress denied reservation to OBCs while functioning under Article 370 and instead diverted OBC quota to RBA and ALC to provide benefit to the people who are otherwise not entitled to reservation under Article 15(4) & (6) of the constitution and Mandal Commission Recommendations, which was great discrimination and injustice with OBCs. . Hence, appeal to the Hon’ble PM that all unconstitutional reserve categories like RBA and ALC should also be abolished and reserve categories SC, ST, OBC and EWS may only be extended to J&K to ensue equality and uniformity in the Country. With Reards,
