(2) साथ ही पीछे से आते वाहन चालक को भी सड़क से मिलते जुलते रंग के कपड़ों में चलता पैदल चालक और उसका सड़क के ही रंग का  सिर उतने अच्छे से नहीं दिखता जितना कि दाँयी ओर से पैदल चलकर सामने से आता हुआ पथिक! । इसीलिए परिवहन विभाग केवल पैदल चालकों को दायीँ ओर से चलने के लिए प्रेरित करके ही सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में मृतक संख्या में 2  तिहाई तक की कटौती कर सकता है!

पिछले साल 1.55 लाख लोग सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में परलोक सिधार गये है..! इनमें आधे से अधिक तो नियम विरुद्ध पैदल चलने वाले ही होंगे! भारत में 99% पैदल चालक नियम के विपरीत, सड़क के बाँयीं ओर से, चल रहे होते हैं! जबकि पैदल चालक को या तो फुटपाथ पर या सड़क की दाँयी ओर से ही पैदल चलना चाहिए! मेरे ज्ञान एवं विश्वास के अनुसार परिवहन नियमावली में केवल वाहन चालन सड़क के वायीं ओर से और पैदल चालन दाँयीं ओर से ही प्रस्तावित है!  ऐसा इसलिए है कि; यदि वाहन और पैदल दोनों ही बाँयी ओर चलें तो पैदल चालक के पास से पीछे से अनदेखे आकर आगे निकलते रहते हैं चूँकि पैदल चालक पीछे से आते वाहन को  देख तो पाते ही नहीं जिससे पीछे से आते अदृश्य वाहन के आगे नीचे कुचले जाने की संभावना दाँयी ओर से पैदल चलने वालों की अपेक्षा 100 गुणा अधिक होती है!  जबकि दाँयी ओर से पैदल चलते पथिक को सामने की बाँयी ओर से आते वाहन साफ साफ दिखाई देते हैं! जिससे पैदल चालक अपने सामने से आकर ऊपर चढ़ते वाहन को स्पष्ट देख सकता है और खतरा देखकर पैदल चालक अपने बचाव में 1000 गुणा बेहतर  प्रतिक्रिया का अवसर पा सकता है! साथ ही पीछे से... Dear Honorable PM Sir, There are heavy rains atleast in Bangalore and local Municipal authorities to please manage rain water better with proper drainages built ft for roads. Metro train pillar construction has been done without drainages for water to run through and water from metro lines. It is very difficult for people to ply on these flooded roads and it is dangerous as well. Please request authorities to take measures. Thank you.

Respected Prime Minister, My discussion will be on racial discrimination against Indians in foreign countries and ways to curb hate against Hindus. Hindus are being hated in foreign countries for absolutely no genuine reason. Neither Indians nor Indian government have ever threatened like terrorist groups, but still the hate continues. The reason I think is that they don't know our cultural heritage. Hard power cannot change the mindset of the foreign people. Only soft power can change the tide against us.
