Regarding free movement for Ambulances:- It seems due to lack of infrastructure and/or discipline, we are yet to provide ways/solution for ambulances to reach to accident spots or hospitals in time. Suggestion: We can at least think of using artificial intelligence in our traffic lights system so that on hearing/vibration of ambulance horn/siren direction, they become green for that side of traffic. Similarly for bottleneck adjoining points like Barapullah flyover in Delhi, the traffic police manning the traffic should be provided with phones having emergency numbers facility on which ambulance drivers/attendants can call to clear their lane traffic first. These emergency numbers only for the benefit of ambulances, can be created district wise and numbers shared with hospitals in that district. This initiative will help save many lives which otherwise can’t reach hospitals in time after the accidents.

Kindly ask people to make use of the cleanliness and complaint apps and portals to identify problems, and shortcomings. my story - I am a resident of Gurgaon. I used to register waste dumping, broken road, construction waste etc related complaints through MCG app and other portals. The MCG employees also acted on it, but the action was mostly delayed, and there was always an attitude to stop me from making any complaints. Some friends that I taught to use these platforms,were intimidated to not use these platforms. In-all the eco system has been to not promote these platforms as it leads them to do actual work. These platforms are of no use in intent if they are not promoted and the public is stopped from using them. I would like you to urge the people to make maximum use of such platforms to help identify the infrastructure nad cleanliness related shortcomings and promote the local authorities to make swift actions while also acting responsible and appreciating people's participation

Dear Sir, various small NGOs and Social Groups work in their own capacity to make our cities, town are better living place. One such organization is the Pothole Raja. Trying to create better and safer roads through the means of recycled plastic roads. They fill potholes, they instal reflectors, they paint zebra signs. Mention such work not gives them motivation but also helps them mobilize people.

Dear Prime Minister, my concerns are related to the eduecation system . As the population is increasing competion is increasing as well. its very hard to get into government universities and no one except from you knows well that not every one is born rich to study abroad or in private universities. COMPETION IS A PROBLEM. There are tons of people who have to GIVE UP ON THEIR DREAMS. Nothing less painfull than that as for some people its the reason why they are living. but wait what's the solution? Introducing the system of both FALL AND SPRING INTAKES. NO OF OPPORTUNITIES DOUBLED .Also ALIGNING INDIAN HIGHSCHOOL GRADUATION DATES with the generalised deadlines that various scholarships like the KGSP, MEXT, various scholarships provided by other governments as well most of them ask for high school graduation by Feb 28th. these schorships are amazing opportunities that indian students miss as the 12 th board results are announced by 1st or 2nd week of May.

प्रमाण प्रधानमंत्री जी, मेरा आपसे यह निवेदन है की समस्त केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालयों के कृषि संकायों व समस्त कृषि संस्थानों से मोटे अनाजों की किस्मों के विकास पर जोर देने का निवेदन करें। उन्हें मोटे अनाजों और गेंहू चावल जैसे प्रचलित अनाजों की लागत- लाभ का तुलनात्मक अध्ययन करने के लिए कहें। देश में जल का सर्वाधिक दोहन कृषि क्षेत्र में होता है, गेंहू, चावल, गन्ना देश में सर्वाधिक उगाई जाने वाली फसलें हैं, इनके उत्पादन में जल का बहुत अधिक उपयोग होता है, मैं किसान परिवार से हूँ, वैशाष, ज्येष्ठ के महीनों में हर 3-4 दिन पर गन्ने के खेतों में पूरा पूरा दिन पानी दिया जाता हैl जिसकी वजह से भूजल स्तर बहुत गिर गया है। इनकी तुलना में मोटे अनाजों के उत्पादन में जल का उपयोग बहुत कम होता है और साथ ही साथ मोटे अनाज पोषक तत्त्वों के मामले में भी गेंहू चावल जैसे अनाजों से कहीं बेहतर हैं। इसलिए प्रधानमंत्री जी से आग्रह है की मोटे अनाजों का उचित न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य घोषित कर उनके उत्पादन को प्रोत्साहित करने का कार्य करें। धन्यवाद आनंदवर्धन शोध छात्र गोरखपुर विश्वविद्यालय
