Honorable PM Dear Modi, Never sign an agreement with any country for a free trade policy, Trade is always there with demand and supply , If a country A needs goods and service Country A can buy from Coubtry B by paying for what is required, Never make a free trade agreement with any country where they have goods which are really non essentials. Do free trade with countries were Bharath gave a market in that country. I think any country will not sell technology throughb free trade so no need of an agreement. especially with Europeien countries it is better to stay away on free trade, Already Citizens of Bharat is family centric not Nation centric hence people can get voileted in bribe from other countries . Jurisdictional authority of co-operative housing societies are The Offices of Registrar of Co-Op. Societies and The Co-Op. Courts. Both these forums are corrupt beyond imagination. Complaint against them goes to same corrupt officers. Builders pay lakhs of rupees to get approval as Developer for redevelopment of Co-Op. Housing Societies buildings. Fraud is being perpetrated with connivance of Office Bearers of Co Op Housing Societies and jurisdictional forums. Municipal Engineers take bribe in lakhs and crores. Not a single project howsoever small it may be get through without paying of bribe. The reason being power is in one or few Officers or Magistrates or Municipal Engineers. There is vacuum of forums to do justice. T I suggest: 1. That powers for a subordinate Registrar having jurisdiction of a ward should also be given to Solicitor firms of repute where members of Co Op Housing Societies can seek arbitration and their award should be legal at par with Registrar.
