Dear Sir, Our government has developed worldclass highways. I had recent experience on travelling Mumbai expressway yesterday. Government is focusing a lot on cleanliness through swatch bharat mission. Many a times I see Heavy Trucks and Garbage Dumpers carrying construction material or garbage which are overloaded and uncovered. While travelling on the road they drop the material/garbage on the road. During the process these vehicles are littering the beautiful roads and Dirtying the places. Besides this falling objects are prone to accident also for following vehicles.
