In continuation to my previous suggestion, My dad has just newly constructed an own house & had took loan for it. But due to this condition of that company, our family was under immense pressure. Remember, if the company was good & regular, my father would have got salary in Lakhs together & would have retired serving in a higher position. I would have got education in better institutions & our family would have been socio - economically uplifted. But because of this bane we continued to struggle for 14 long years with no regular periodic hikes, increment, promotion & not even… not even salary correctly credited regularly each month. One after the other Netas gave false promises of bringing the company to mainframe & the big big pigs & rodents got their share timely at the top. My father couldn’t even think of resigning or switching because that time this was the only shelter with which he could lead his life. Just imagine how much stress & difficulties our family would have faced.

My father joined as a trainee, worked & retired from this company. He has worked major part of his life in this company. This company has played a vital role in our family’s life. At first this company was a good company with good profit. Later on, Till 2005 this company went for a slow downfall due to the scams by the then ministers & management of this company. Until that time at least they were paying salary timely. So our family also could thrive well. But after 2005, as all the big big rodents got their share, the ship start sinking. My dad who was working as a Mechanical Engineer was asked to look after Finance. But he accepted it as a challenge & learnt & worked well. Inspite of this, he was also sent to do bill collection all over the India to unfamiliar places. Just imagine, I am talking about 20 years back. I was just 12 years old then.
