Instead of issuing caste certificates, we can introduce Adhar Category of A, B, C or D that will go on Adhar Card based on the same classification. This will eliminate the use of caste certificates in the country forever. Reservations should remain the same. A child will inherit the Adhar Category of her parent(s) whichever is lower as A > B > C > D. The presence and use of caste certificates in the constitution endorses the caste system. It is child abuse and a crime to put a caste on a newborn child as she is forced to live under its burden forever without any fault of hers. स्वास्थ्य और शिक्षण सेवा सरकार की जिम्मेदारी है, दीनानाथ मंगेशकर अस्पताल जैसी घटनाए देश के किसी भी अस्पताल में ना हो इसलिए सरकार को मेडिकल हेल्थ रेग्युलेटरी अथॉरिटी का गठन करना जरूरी है जिस से अस्पतालों में इलाज के नाम पर हो रही लूट से समान्य वर्ग की रक्षा हो, इसलिए केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मन्त्रालय को प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी अथॉरिटी के गठन के लिए आदेशित करे, अस्पतालों पर हेल्थ सर्विस मे लापरवाही के लिए कन्झ्युमर फोरम एक्ट के तहत जिम्मेदारी आयद करना ज़रूरी है। ऐसेही एजुकेशन अथॉरिटी का भी गठन होना जरूरी है किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या का समाधान 15 दिन मे होना चाहिए।

I have placed this before honourable Minister, MoJS, GoI since this raises serious question on pension payment by SBI as claimed/detailed under para 1 of DoWRRDGR, E-III Division attached letter dated 12.06.2025 in response to Cabinet Secretariat I.D. No. 771/1/1/2023-CA.V dated 29.05.2025 following intervene of honourable Minister of State, MoPP&P on 10.06.2025 for mere intervene of honourable Minister of State, MoPP&P through MoPP&P mail dated 10.06.2025 outright rejects DoWRRDGR claim for pension Payment. I have also requested kind intervene of honourable Minister, MoJS for payment of my salary in light of Government OM dated 24.02.2025.
