ROAD SAFETY INDIA IS RANKING IN TOP FOR ROAD ACCIDENT AND UNSAFE DRIVING.. HOW WE CAN improve on these.. Issue fine penalty for drivers is already in traffic law.. But why don't we fine for contractors for bad road.. Fine for every pothole on road during specific period after constructing roads.. So the quality of road will improve.
