Honourable PM Modiji I would like to draw your attention towards the airline sector. Sir recently I have booked an Indigo flight for Jammu. While booking I have opted for a direct flight. Two days before my schedule departure I received a message from the airline department that they have changed my lay over of the flight, the timings of the flight were also changed. Due to this I really faced a trouble as I was a female solo traveller. I have reported this matter to the PMO. My only question is the Company Indigo Airline has given me 2 option either to take refund or to choose the alternate option. The alternate option was too expensive for me and the refund option for the booking was not suitable for me as I have already booked my hotels and other things in Jammu.
Sir I really want you to make a law where we gave the right to claim for our damages which we faced for this type of issues.
