Honourable PM Modiji I would like to draw your attention towards the airline sector. Sir recently I have booked an Indigo flight for Jammu. While booking I have opted for a direct flight. Two days before my schedule departure I received a message from the airline department that they have changed my lay over of the flight, the timings of the flight were also changed. Due to this I really faced a trouble as I was a female solo traveller. I have reported this matter to the PMO. My only question is the Company Indigo Airline has given me 2 option either to take refund or to choose the alternate option. The alternate option was too expensive for me and the refund option for the booking was not suitable for me as I have already booked my hotels and other things in Jammu. Sir I really want you to make a law where we gave the right to claim for our damages which we faced for this type of issues.

Yes sir..1.When we try to withdraw cash in ATM...the prompt for pin should come to our mobile 2.This can be used or typing pin in atm can be followed. 3.If we insert the Pin in our mobile..we can set it as numbers or names in different language or any letters in regional language or alphanumeric with special character. Hence we can set a string pw and skimming will be avoided.4.We come across many frauds in sim swapping..in such cases,If we doubt,We should go to ATM and enter the pin and put a hold...here we don't need phone..After one or two days we can reach bank and get it lifted...5.My these suggestion will help in 1.If fraud attemps made in ATM,We have remedy through phone..2.If fraud attempts made in phone..ie hacking ..we have the remedy through ATM.6.If any ATM transaction made..that ATM should take a photo of ATM operator and it should be shared to customers along with locations..LET US USE OUR RESOURCES SMART
