Respected Prime Minister Modi Ji, My sincere regards and greetings to you. The way you present your "Mann Ki Baat" to the people of India with such ease and data-driven insights is truly inspiring. My family, especially my daughters, feels immense pride in you. Whenever I present a challenge before them, they respond with great positivity and enthusiasm, saying – "Modi Hai Toh Mumkin Hai!“ This positive mindset in our generation is, in my opinion, the most significant transformation I have witnessed in my 50-year career. I work as a Data Analyst, Quality Specialist, and AI Automation Control Expert in a multinational company (MNC), where my primary role is to prepare the workforce for Analytical Thinking, Continuous Improvement, and Problem-Solving. I also guide and motivate my team to enhance process optimization and productivity while resolving day-to-day. Time says to prepare our remote area students for AI foundation shaping them analytical thinking and skills.

To The Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Subject: Urgent Need for Judicial Reforms to Prevent Endless Delays Respected Sir, My family has been fighting a 22-year legal battle over my grandfather’s property. Despite court rulings in our favor, delays, adjournments, and manipulation keep us trapped. My father suffered a heart attack in 2024, and legal expenses left us with no savings. At 27 years old, my life revolves around court dates, EMIs, and endless litigation. Millions face the same fate—justice delayed is justice denied. Judicial reforms are critical: 1. Time limits for case disposal 2. Fast-track courts for property & family disputes 3. Digitalization & AI-based case tracking 4. Strict action against delays & false cases 5. Increased judges & mediation centers India must ensure swift, fair justice. I trust your leadership to drive this change.

Honourable Prime Minister Sir Need of the hour is develop peripheral healthcare system which will benefit our 63 percent of the population and that will boost our Viksit Bharat slogan .I have started my journey from a village of far-flung and aspirational border district Kupwara from very humble background and illiterate parents. On open merit secured 25th rank in Jammu and Kashmir board and 17th serial in entrance to medical College. Completed my post-graduation and was the only eligible candidate for faculty position in SKIMS but was denied due to bureaucratic and political interventions. Left the country and served in different countries for 10 years did publish scientific research in international journals but patriotism and nationalism in my blood made me to return back home district and set up 50 bed multi-speciality NABH accredited hospital to decentralise the tertiary care with support by critical care ambulance for st door service and safe transportation Dream realised

I believe that Honorable Shri Narendra Modi Ji, my best Prime Minister, should increase the DA of employees working in the private sector of the country like that of the government employees and should make the pension of the employee working in the private sector at the minimum of 50% of the basic salary (monthly salary), so that the employees of the private sector also do not have to face misery in their old age, this is my own view and I believe that Honorable (Yashvi) Shri Narendra Modi Ji, Prime Minister will understand my feelings, from my side, many salutes, salutations, salutations and congratulations to Shri Modi Ji 🙏💐🙏
