Tax payers should get pension on the basis of tax paid by him/her... more tax.. better pention//Less tax lower pension.. also should get priority in all the service sector... Dear Modi ji, I have a suggestion, The Govt. Should launch a programme or some scheme of work from home for women who are educated but due to living in nuclear family (only with husband) has to take care of the child and be a stay at home wife. You can conduct interview and open work from home jobs for graduate women in every department based on requirement. Data entry and paper work can be done in 5-6 hours and does not give guilt to leave the child with nanny. The salary don't have to be 50-60k... It can be 20-30k but it can help all the women's like me to manage the home ,child and earn some money and be independent again.
