आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी, मैं अमान खान, मध्यप्रदेश के एक छोटे से शहर रायसेन का निवासी हूं। मेरा सपना आईएएस बनने का था, लेकिन परिस्थितियों के कारण मैंने अपनी पढ़ाई बीच में छोड़ दी और भारत का पहला मॉडर्न सीएससी शुरू किया। आज, एक VLE के रूप में, मैं लाखों नागरिकों की जिंदगी बदलने में सफल रहा हूं। अपने केंद्र के माध्यम से 40,000 ई-श्रम कार्ड, 16,000 आयुष्मान कार्ड और 10,000 से अधिक केवाईसी मुफ्त में बनाकर जरूरतमंदों तक सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ पहुंचाया। मेरे इस प्रयास को सीएससी की नेशनल मैगजीन में भी स्थान मिला। अब महसूस होता है कि VLE बनकर जो संतोष मिला, वह शायद आईएएस बनकर भी न मिलता। आपके डिजिटल इंडिया विजन ने मुझे यह राह दिखाई, इसके लिए मैं आपका आभारी हूं।

महोदय सुझाव है कि सरकारी कार्यालय में सभी कर्मचारियों को अपने कार्य की जिम्मेदारी दी जानी चाहिए आज कार्यालय में आउटसोर्स पर भरती की जाती है जिसमें अधिकांश लोगों द्वारा अपने व्यक्तियों को लगा लिया जाता है टेंडर पर भी लोगों को बिना परीक्षा के नियुक्त किया जाता है ऐसी स्थिति में आज कई व्यक्ति जो मेहनत कर रहे हैं उनको 10000 तक का भी रोजगार नहीं मिल पाता है आज कार्यालय में एक सरकारी कर्मचारी, एक आउटसोर्स कर्मचारी हैं आज स्थित है की आउटसोर्स कर्मचारी भी सरकारी कर्मचारी की नहीं सुनता है ऐसी स्थिति में क्या एक सरकारी कर्मचारी हर कार्य के लिए जिम्मेदार है मुझे लगता है जिसे कई वर्षों का अनुभव है जो सरकारी कर्मचारी लगभग 5 से 10 वर्ष सरकारी नौकरी करता है ऐसे लोगों को ही परीक्षा के माध्यम से अधिकारी के पद पर नियुक्त किया जाना चाहिए जिससे सरकारी कार्यालय व्यवस्थाएं सुधर सके जहां कर्मचारी नहीं है वहां व्यवस्था की जानी चाहिए कई वर्षों से पद रिक्त हैं देखने वाला भी नहीं है आज स्थिति बदल गई है लोग सिर्फ पर चढ़कर काम चाहते हैं बिना परीक्षा के नियुक्त हुए हैं आंदोलन करने पर उनकी वेतन बढ़ा दी जाती ह
