In continuation to my previous suggestion, What that law states is, if you consider a country as a system, then the disorder of that nation can never be zero. That means a developed country is only an ideal state. Let me say, consider a country is developed. Then what is its meaning? Its meaning is that, the country has attained such a state where it cannot evolve further & it has control on everything. It means that, it has attained a saturated optimal balance state. Which is practically impossible. As time goes on new challenges will be coming & one has to evolve. So we have to keep on developing. Therefore having a so called developed Nation is practically impossible. It is only achievable by God. But we are humans we make errors. So, what best we can do is to make the country optimally balanced in all aspects & take it towards saturation as much as possible. Please give this a thought Modi.ji!!! Bhaarath Maatha Ki Jai!!! RESPECTED PM, GOOD EVENING. I HAVE NOTICED IN THE INTERIM BUDGET AN INTERESTING FEATURE. THERE IS A REDUCTION IN PERCENTAGE OF SUBSIDY TO FERTILIZER INDUSTRIES TO PROCURE RAW MATERIALS . THIS INDIRECTLY ENCOURAGE FARMERS TO GO FOR NATURAL MANURE IN PHASED MANNER AND REDUCE THE USE OF CHEMICAL FERTILIZERS. THIS WAS MY REPEATED REQUESTS IN MY PREVIOUS MANN KI BAAT SUGGESTIONS. HENCE I WELCOME THIS STEP TAKEN BY OUR RESPECTED FINANCE MINISTER. THE ONLY EXPECTATION IS THAT OUR BELOVED BJP GOVERNMENT SHOULD WIN IN THE COMING LOK SABHA ELECTION AND CONTINUE TO DO SIMILAR GOOD ACTIVITES FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF OUR COUNTRY. I would like to congratulate our prime minister for coming up with the idea of making 1000 retiring room along national highways for our truck and taxi drivers. I would also request our law minister to make necessary change in the MV act to ensure that driving any vehicle under the condition of sleep deprivation, fatigue is made a punishable crime and the owner of the vehicle is levied with hefty punishment to ensure truck owners don’t puss the drivers to meet delivery timelines at the cost of drivers health and safety and creating road hazard.

My suggestion is, today everyone in our country is filled with joy, excitement & enthusiasm in the movement of Aathmanirbhar and Vikasit Bhaarath. I also believed, it was achievable, earlier. But a thought got stuck in my mind & I want to share it. Beware, I still don’t want to discourage anyone. But it is a healthy thought, I need to express. According to me aatmanirbhar & vikasit Bhaarath are a myth. See, a country can be Independent up to some saturated optimal point, thereafter it will be interdependent on other countries. For example, USA might be so called Independent country but still it is dependent on food grains on India. So, No country in the world can be completely independent. Still, we have to be dependent on for the different resources of one or other different countries. Further, let me discuss about vikasit Bhaarath. No country in the world can become completely developed nation. Only Shree Ram ji can make & rule a Viksit Bhaarath.

If any oppressed ST/ST in a hindu community can get reservation benefit why not a fatwa or a banished muslim from a Muslim community get reservation benefit. He or she is also an oppressed individual. Infact he/she should get reservation benefit from the minority reservation. He/she should be on top of the list in that category.
