we need a strong recruitment process for engineering teaching staff, because today 60% of youth is studying Engineering because of availability of admissions.

Dear Prime Minister Ji, I would like to request you to discuss engineering education. Today, the government was sanctioning more colleges. It was a good move because due to the large young population we need these colleges. But we are not focusing on one important aspect is about Teaching staff in those colleges, today in INDIA after all attempts in other jobs finally they will come for teaching in colleges, that was not a good sign for our Nation. we need strong teachers to provide skill/talented and strong Students to our Nation.

आदरणीय प्रधान मंत्री जी नमस्ते , आप देश में ऊर्जा संरक्षण या सोलार ऊर्जा उत्पादन की बात करते है यह सही तकनीकी से आगे बढ़ता है पर आपको इतनी ऊर्जा कैसे मिलता है । हम सब को 12 महिना 24 घंटे का ही समय मिलता है । पर आप जब भी संसद में या बाहर कम से कम डेढ घंटा खडे होकर भाषण देते है, आपको इतनी ऊर्जा बढ़ाना के लिये खान पान या कितने घंटे सोते है? आप किस तरह समझौता करते है? हर इन्सान आपकी टाईमटेबल पर ध्यान देगा तो आगे बढ सकेगा। आप मन की बात में बताये कि बिना थके प्रधानमंत्री के रूप में कैसे काम करते है ?
