Dear Prime Minister, I have some questions and concerns that I would like to discuss with you regarding the direction our country is heading in. I hope you will answer my questions. Firstly, the increasing usage of social media is leading the youth of India astray. What are your thoughts on this matter? Abusive language, which was once used by only a few people, has now become a trend. Every meme or video seems to involve some form of abuse. The youth are only busy scrolling through reels and watching such content. Don't you think this is changing the direction of the upcoming generation in our country? I request you, as the guardian of our nation, to kindly address this issue.

The idea to gave a Better Employment system for our feature generation जितना की मै रोज देख पा रहा हु, आज कुछ लोग सरकारी नौकरी तो कुछ लोग कुछ अच्छी कम्पनी मे है लेकिन उसके बाद जो लोग काम करते भी है उनके साथ कुछ भि सही नहीं है न ही उनकी रोजगार की ग्राण्टी है न किये गये काम का पैसे मिलने की न टाइम फिक्स है न सुरक्षा, यहां लोगो को मिनिमम निर्धारित भी नहीं दिया जाता है. इससे समस्या ये है की जो ये रोजगार देने वाले वो पूरे ट्रान्जेक्सन् का बड़ा हिसा खुद के लिए रख लेते है अगर हम ये सिस्टम बनाये की ईस देश मे जो भी काम होगी वर्कर सरकार से लेनी होगी, एक छोटा सा भी काम हो ऐसा करने से सबसे पहले हम ये ज्ञात हो पाये गा की हम कितने लोगो को रोजगार दे पा रहे है और कितना रोजगार हमे और देने है और कितने लोग अस्किलड है और कितने स्किल अन्स्किल्ड हम रोजगार देने वाले की पूरे ट्रान्जेक्सन् पर आसानी से नजर रख शकते है वर्कर सिस्टम के देगी तो उसकी काम करने की टाइम, सैलेरी, सुरक्षा का नियम सब सिस्टम तय करे गी, रोजगार देने बाले को काम करने का नियम हमारे एक्सपर्ट तय करेगे तो पूरे देश मे एक पैटर्न डेवलप

Few tips to reduce corruption in the country:- 1. Establish an anti-corruption bureau under the president of India, Bring all state-level anti-corruption entities such as Lokayukta under the president so that state-level agreements should be removed. 2. Remove all confidentiality and secrecy acts for Central and State Govt Employees except for those involved in national security. 3. Make it a part of the employment agreement to report corruption incidents. 4. Establish an anonymous f digital system for “Central and State Govt Employees Feedback” to report corruption. 5. Incentivise such corruption incidents reported. Take action when an employee did not report knowingly. 6. Legalise political party fundraising and make such funds non-taxable 7. Create an end-to-end digital system to track all government expenditures. 8. Remove subjective decision-making powers from political leaders and move them to IAS officers and digital systems.

Dear sir, Please in this Man Ki Baat we should discuss on my government platform and encourage the youths, We should discuss how we can compete in various competitions, Let me tell you a little about how my government takes care of the talent of its citizens, The full report of the winners who are selected on MyGovernment should be uploaded on MyGovernment Portal and votes should be sought from the citizens to make the results more transparent.

When a candidate is called for interview for the post of assistant professor ( Commerce) in University of Delhi on the basis of his or her qualification and eligibilty is M.Com & NET than why the interview board member had insulted my child by say that don't ask any question as he is not Ph.D. If I don't have the Ph.D than why college called my son for interview to insult him. As I know that Ph.D is for associate professor not for assistant professor. NET or Ph.D is only required for assistant professor. Kindly make a rule and see to it. So that no body insult the candidate for that reason. If college feel the Ph.D is essential qualification for assistant professor than don't call for interview.
