To reduce road accidents, govt can do the following with no cost - Drivers license should be suspended / cancelled & imposed fines where ever damage occur when driver knowingly commits accidents or raises chances of accident Following are situations where driver / vehicle owner knowingly commits crime 1) Drunk & drive possibility of killing someone or damaging property 2) Vehicle older than 20 yrs or as per govt limit for commercial vehicles 3) Eye site issue with driver. Mainly for Drivers above 60+ yrs should carry eye fitness certificate from authorized doctor 4) Now a days as sms alerts comes, so vehicles with no insurance or fitness certificate should also be included 5) Overload in vehicles - passenger / cargo as per law 6) Bike / car racing on roads 7) Minor driving vehicles 8) Driving without license should be jailed for atleast 3 months 9) Commercial vehicles with huge reflectors at back of their vehicle (mainly trucks) etc

Trap - Young school or university going kids teenagers should have access to one govt endorsed site where they can put names and details of criminals if they are in friendship with someone and they have doubt about that person, so that such an age group kids are not trapped into incorrect activities and their present and future is safe.
