3) Planning of pavement (proper size) and zebra crossings should be mandatory for any road works. People walk on roads because of lack of pavements. Separate planning for cycle tracks should be appreciated.
4)Naming of lanes. Most lanes do not have names. naming of roads should be done block wise. So there is no difficulty in finding address. We can keep names but just add number so it is easier to find any address.

1) Many people plug their ears with earphones or checking mobiles while crossing roads. Awareness campaigns need to be spread to stop this practice.
2) Reckless driving is ingrained from the start. 99% of vehicles you see on roads have some sort of scratches/damage. Adopt system where the guilty party insurance company pays the damages to the car of the non offending ones.

Do not take SELFIES while driving a 4-wheeler, riding a 2-wheeler or while crossing roads. It can lead to accidents or even prove fatal.
Visit SELFIE TO DIE FOR ORG website and take a pledge to selfie responsibly

I am totally agree with madhu bhutra , zebra crossing is of no importance as all vechiles run continuously withouth letting pass to pedestrian so I think there should be red light strip around boarder of zebra crossing which should be illuminate displaying to pass pedestrian at a regular fix interval for 30 second .This system will let moving cars to stop for 30 second and to pass the pedestrian

The main problem is no one actually follow the road safety and traffic rules completely ,if all will start following the rules heartly then there will be less accident. So at first there should be always tight administration for checking and punishing the rulebreaker.
