Anti-corruption measures are taken everywhere, but in gm lower level there are still prevailing corruption. For eg., Government giving lpg in a subsidy wise but the deliveryman have put an extra 40-50 rupees on the bill. If we refuse to pay that extra amount, they blackmailing us like "you better take your cylinders from gudown itself" is it right or wrong? how can we complaint on those persons?

Different option drives if consult with different GST Consultant. I am right now talking about GST input while procuring trucks and other equipments in transportation sector. TO AVOID THE DELAY I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST THAT THERE SHOULD BE A TIME BOUND FOR ALL THE PETITIONS/APPLICATIONS/REQUEST SUBMITTED BY THE PUBLIC. IF NO REPLY IS SENT BY THE DEPARTMENT THE OFFICIAL SHOULD BE TAKEN TO TASK. IT SHOULD ALSO BE APPLICABLE FOR THE JUDICIARY. THERE SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN 5 TO 6 VAITHAS DEPENDING UPON THE SUIT.
