We all know that all the problems in our country, unemployment, poverty, pollution, lack of food, water, sanitation, skill and several others are all caused by overpopulation. This overpopulation is a liability for a nation like India which has still a long way ahead towards becoming a developed nation. It is necessary to have a clear and strict policy regarding this.

The government must invest in a chip fab by central fund as a strategic investment. This must be independent company run by professionals selected only on merrit. This company should have infrastucture to make solar cells, widely used semicon and must have capability to make populated pcbs. This will make us self sufficient in semicon tech and save huge dollars.
