Women work participation is low/falling. Implementation of paid maternity leave by Schools, colleges, hospitals registered as societies/trusts is poor.To make every organisation pay maternity leave to its women employees and improve work participation rates of women and welfare of children, Govt. has to have a maternity benefit fund. The firms having 90% to 100% women employees pay a lesser % (0.01) as cess on Corporate income tax and firms having 0% to 10%women employees pay higher % (0.1).

Dear Sir, Please take care of providing quality food such as milk, fruits, vegetables, grains etc to citizens. Now-a-days everything is adulterated leading to diseases which internally leads to less productivity. Also the price of necessities kept on increasing. The quality mangoes per Kg cost is Rs.100. If this is the way how can the kids and the middle class families survive. I urge you to provide quality food to citizens with reasonable costs. Thanks in advance, Arpitha
