Dear Sir, For all Central Fund Make Comman web site ( IT Based ) to enter Benificiary List with UTR No. so that you will get UC ( Utilisation cirtificare ) Qutater wise and states can use 100% central fund for Example now Central Govt is giving 60% fund to states under PMKSY Scheme. but all states not able send UC to GOI , because of that implementation getting slow down , how we can expect doubling for farmer income ,

Dear PM Sir, Its well known in India that we have and produce tons and tons of garbage every single day, except few major cities these grbage are not used or recycled to their maximum extent. we have many garbage processing system, and we can reuse these garbage to create small crafts like , plastic road blockers, plastic speed braker. please do consider and rise up our waste management system

Please give importance towards the development of eco friendly technologies. Please promote research on bio fuels for automobiles and production of related crops. Please also concentrate on use of electric vehicles in educational establishments and short distance commutation in highly populated areas so as to avoid environmental pollution. Please promote a scientific research on the development of anti polluting practices such as havan or agni karya through a Ministry of AYUSH and the PCB.
