sir,as we all are concerned about terrorism, especially in kashmir. i have an idea for this. why don't we ban internet services on all mobile networks ,it will help us in many ways.we should allow internet services only on new portable wifi connections,and we strictly monitor on giving these new connections, terrorist will definitely buy the new connection and it will help us to trace them easily and the innocent civilians need not to worry about anything.hope you will consider this
