Traffic Management on Indian Roads, is it a product or services, its never discussed in Ministry of Commerce though, traffice jams cause negative impact on nation's GDP. Half hearted efforts are made to conserve fuel, but nothing is being done to create awareness, as is being done for 'Swachh Bharat'. Dear P.M.Sir,Our country is facing many problems because of POPULATION EXPLOSION. In my opinion our country needs some good policy to control it.Our country can not afford more than two babies per family.So why not to declare any family having more than 2 Babies as APL.No facility be given free to those families who can afford More than 2 babies.This approach is for all communities and caste . In my opinion it will make social equilibrium .Family must pay even in Govt. institutions foreverything
