I put my view on railway reservation system. There should be every day chart preparation of reservations in all trains for 5 days including departure of the train. This will help the passengers on waitlist tickets who at present have to wait till 6 hrs before the train departure when the final chart is prepared. If the chart preparation is done every day for 5 day including the day and time of departure of the train, waitlist passengers will get the confirmation. will not apply to TATKAL.

The government should start to take students and young adults to work as interns/volunteers. Contract system or part time jobs should available with all government departments, either central or state/UT.The stress level will divide across many, young people will get good experience at an early age.Corruptions and evil practices will automatically vanishes. Everyone will have confidence of earning money, there by shines in life.Skills can be utilized rightly.Common people will get best services.
