The shipping ministry have issued the notification for exemption till 3rd May 2020 that is the end of 2nd lockdown period but after that GOI have extended the lockdown two time but shipping ministry have not revised and extend the circular for 31st May 2020. Hence shipping line & CFS has charged to importer from 3rd May to till releasing goods.

आपने जो किसानों के लिए फसलबीमा स्कीम चलाई है उसका फायदा किसानों को बराबर नहीं मिल रहा है किसानों को फसलें बर्बाद हो जाती हैं लेकिन बीमा कंपनियां टाइम पर क्लेम नहीं देती हमारी 2018 में सोयाबीन की फसल बर्बाद हुई थी उसका क्लेम अभी तक नहीं मिला और 2019 में जो अतिवृष्टि के कारण सोयाबीन की फसल बर्बाद हुई इसका क्लेम भी नहीं मिला माननीय महोदय से निवेदन है कि पीएम किसान स्कीम मैं नियमों का बदलाव करते हुए ऐसा नियम बनाया जाए किसानों की फसलो नुकसान होता है किसी कारण से तो1 महीने के अंदर क्लेम देना पड़े

Those senior citizens (only couple) travelling in special trains heading to their own homes with no member there should be allowed on arrival stations to be quarantined at their homes and watched for required number of days instead of putting them in quarantine community centres or self paid hotels.
