Sir, In China, educational institutions have to compulsorily have two international level sports facilities to get any benefits from the govt. In India educational institutions are getting huge exemptions from the Income Tax, in lieu of this benefits, such educational institutions should be asked to create two international level sports facilities compulsorily. This will give real boost to sports activities at grass root level and slowly we will be successful in international sports events.
