In developed economies like USA, there exists a system of renewing of license. For eg - Once you become lawyer, you have to give some kind of exam after some years to renew your working license. We do need some kind of mechanism like this. In India, we still have teachers, govt employees like in LIC or say tax offices, or court employees, who actually do nothing and take salaries like 10-15 lakh per annum. We need to eliminate them by assessing every few years.

At present, they get less than Rs.1,000/- p.m. as pension. Thousands are dying every day due to poverty, diseases, old age and depression. You will understand as to what one could get with less than Rs.1,000/- per month. Please also direct PF authorities to withdraw review petition filed in Supreme Court.
