Why not utilize the services of college students in the Swatch Bharat Abhiyan in holidays and pay some amount to them. So that they can earn something and learn something. Decades ago in Universities, there were programs called " EARN WHILE YOU LEARN " for college students.

Bangalore Roads: Shastri Ji swim to reach school and he used road to reach his office.We reached school by Roads but Swimming in big Muddy water dig on roads ,what should I tell to my child when he ask mumma why roads are like this.Many movements made, many requests done, contarctors filled the digs with more muds and digged road again, i have never seen roads like this in my life ,on which i am riding bike, i make me fearful as i am working mother of two littel ones. Dear PM Sir, Since 2 years I complaining on PMO PG and DPG Portal Against TCIL CMD and GM Hrd but No action taken to till date by PMO PG and DPG department or Niether by Telecom Secreatry . TCIL GM and DGM hrd recruited their Son and Daughter and TCIL union Leader raised Voiced against managemnt now his son also selected and my service terminated as no approach and Misguiding every forums. By the development of this sector our country can become self sufficiency in food....then no need to import from outside and it will generate employment also.
