Dear PM Subject: Regarding Soluruin of farmers problems. If possible postpone the implementation of new farms laws in Punjab and Delhi as their CM are not satisfied. It is CM responsibly to provide and guarantee the facilities to farmers . Till the chief Minister not provide the letter of approval, the bill should be postpone.
