Hi Sir, This is regarding disaster management- we have better satellites to predict rain, which I have noticed is mostly accurate. With such good satellites, why can't we form a committee which monitors dams centrally. This would avoid unnecessary flooding in low lying area. Without a proper committee we saw flooding in Kerala last year and in north of Karnataka this year. This causes huge psychological and economic loss to poor farmers.
