Many Indian middle-class borrower's home/household will be confiscated leaving their children on road as beggars without education clothes or even food. So many will be sent to jail/suicide if moratorium is not given. RBI/Banks don't understand human life values, they can calculate only in rupees. Janta ke mann ki baat ye hai ki jo log loan moratorium /restructuring policy not to be authorised by banks, A third party can understand borrowers conditions should be approving authority.

Just a suggestion on distribution of vaccine when available throughout India. Why don't govt now itself start trial test of distribution and see how good or bad we will do. Pick 50 district and do the trial as if distribution of vaccine.
