R/Sir, To save fossil fuel and protect environment, Shared Taxi and Cars must be made mandatory. Office goers from colony are already using car-pool. This will save atleast 100% fuel consumption as one's car will be used once in 4 days. There should be a pickup points and people going to one area can pool the car and they can be dropped at their destination. In US, during office time, we can get cars like this which saves fuel and apart from this owner can earn some money. We must emulate it.

Before allotment of funds to states, please arrange for the high level officials visit. Party volunteers can also pressurise the officials to do. It will give more strength to PM's announcements for people. PM may conduct review meeting with CMs about the implementation of PM's schemes. This is my humble request and suggestion sir.
