Dear Sir, We are constructing Class 70 R or may class 40 R roads and Bridges in congested city areas and in Metros.The bulk of the traffic is cars and lighter bulk carriers vehicle weighing 5 Tonnes. It shall be very economical and faster to construct if we design our roads and Bridges for Class 9/12 R loading in city areas and save a fortune of Money for other projects. The heavy trucks and 20 Tonners can ply on surface.If permitted I can make presentation on the proposal.

I have seen in some places that in 4 lane highway, bypass roads are only 2 lanes. Example: Hubli-Dharwad along golden quadrilateral, some cities along Bengaluru Hassan highway. Sir, There is too much pollution in the air. When you are going to make it compulsory to blend 10 % ethanol in petrol and diesel from current ratio of 5 % ? Railways have already announced 20 % blending of bio fuel in high speed diesel for locomotives.It will reduce our crude import bill.
