Govt need to have some way wherein being agricultural country all poor hungry need to get food ,instead of exporting and wasting in godowns and limiting the farming ,transfer it to poor ,then what poor needs is just clothes and shelter ,make them work for them thru industrial employment for poor or make them farm or improve there skills ,or make them work in building and textile industry and give them free shelter and clothes ,in these way country will come out of poverty low ranks
