Dear PM Sir, I would like to share that I lost my father couple of months ago and I would like to share being a single child (still unmarried) and was fully dependent on his pension. Due to Covid19 pandemic. Earlier was getting paid only 25 percent of my salary and later on I lost my job. So, I would like to request you to look into this type of matter. Not only me there might be many more people like me who are dependent on their father/mothers pension. So, it’s a request to please continue his pension (if possible) second request please continue until we overcome through this pandemic, it might take a year or two. Your kind consideration and understanding keeping in mind my present situation on the above would highly be appreciated and obliged. Thanking you and regards, Ajay Sakarwal

Sir, Since the new wave of Covid is fast spreading across the country, with more than 37k cases reportedly striking the people of India on a single day yesterday (on January 3, 2022), one expects the Union Govt headed by you to urgently advise the Election Commission of India, to completely ban all pre-poll rallies held by various political parties, to minimize the underlying impact thereof. Needless to say, these rallies attended by millions and millions remain the super spreader thereof. Moreover, the scheduled elections to all five state Assemblies, must also be suitably deferred.Your honour will kindly agree/appreciate that these elections can wait till some more appropriate time.जान है तो जहान है। हमें पश्चिम बंगाल के चुनावों से सबक लेना चाहिए।

Namaste PM ji, My view is regarding the number of working hours as per Labour Laws in India. The maximum number of working hours in India now is 48 hrs per week which much higher than in other developed countries. Even in the proposed New Labour Laws, though there is a thought of reducing the no: of working days to 4, there is no thought of reducing the maximum working hours. In the current situation where most of the families are nuclear, migrated to cities, and where both husband and wife are working, it is very difficult to take care of children or at least spend productive time with tomorrow's generation. Nowadays children are to be supported mentally and physically by parents themselves on school holidays. In case of any urgent requirement we are also forced to put leave on Saturdays to be with family. I kindly request the policymakers to consider reducing the working hours per week to 40 for all sectors. A 2 day weekend will also increase expenditure by the individuals.
