9. If possible, students in 9th, to 12th can get career counselling. Because as per my experience village people not much aware of what next to school or college. Peobably can start career cell or a team can explain about wvarious fields after 12th or college degree. It will be guidance for them. I am not sure recently schools how they teach. But career fields , and what are the branches they can take a rough guide given I think it will be good. Peobably a tollfree number they can call snd get guidance. Need to think and take it. 10. Pariksha pe charcha is really good program. It will help students to come out exam fear. It will give confidence. Important quotes can be shared in all medias. So that it will reach people easily.

The school is sending extra salary to the Teacher's account and asking the teachers to withdraw the extra amount and return it back to school as cash. The cash being collected is undocumented and hence an unaccounted form of money is being created which is a grave issue.The salary sent to the Teacher's account is as per the grade pay, this is done for the sake of inspection and affiliation of the school by the respective board. Teacher's don't raise their voice being afraid of losing employment. This scenario is not about a particular private school. A school which is believed to be a temple of learning and the teachers its torch bearers they are being cheated!!
