. A score card shall also be there for opposition parties based on their roles and responsibilities that have to be published in the same process as mentioned above in point 2. 4. In view of recent advancements in digital technologies, the concurrent lists of responsibilities (i.e. departments) between state and the central government should be relooked and revised.

3. Sometimes the truth is said correctly in Hindi, but Local leaders make false propaganda in the local Language with false information and vice versa. Can an ordinary voter understand all these game plans? Below are some thoughts to address this issue. 1. More citizen education on the role and responsibilities of central, states and local bodies should be taught at school level, college level and before election, will make the current situation better. 2. A new wing should be created under the President of India, State Governors to monitor the manifesto and shall be made accountable. If possible governments shall be legally bound for their manifesto so that the parties do not promise too much but do little and run away. Government shall be accountable and submit the score card based on the manifesto 6 months before the election, to this new wing and it shall be audited and published in appropriate media before the next election.

Different Ministers in the state and central government are using their legislative power to misguide the general public and create confusion in our citizens. And the very penetrated social media is adding fuel to this fire. The Questions I have are 1. Currently how many citizens can differentiate the role and responsibilities of Central and State governments? 2. Why and How should voters read the friction difference between state and central government and vote freely without biasness? Are they capable of doing it? Is there anyway Election commission can make it simple for voters: should be educated about the role and responsibilities of a person, who bears the office after election. This will make more sense and get motivated for the voting. If meaning is understood holistically, it increases poll percentage to a greater extent with a clear mind avoiding confusion and biasness.

Cleanliness is very important whether it is our home, workplace, or public places. It is one of the very basic needs of a civilized lifestyle. Mahatma Gandhi, the father of our nation gave the mantra “Cleanliness is Godliness” and our Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched The Swachh Bharat Mission inspired by Mahatma Gandhi. The Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, therefore, has a logo that pays a tribute to Mahatma Gandhi.
