I am a classical dancer and I perform Gaudiya Nritya which is the classical dance of Bengal. I am very disappointed to say that Gaudiya artists are not yet been given the place for any application for programs or even the awards that is organised by the SNA body and ICCR also. I feel solemnly disappointed as I have performed this artform in 9 different countries till now as being a member of UNESCO , but it is not been given the place in its own country which it deserves to be… I have received many appreciation from these different countries and yet on the other hand very sad to share this with you. I would like to put light on this matter with your help as the government can only help artists like us… Hope we receive a positive reply from your end… Namaskar🙏
