सरकारी सेवाओं का स्तर सुधारने के लिए उसमें आरक्षण को कम करना होगा तथा पदोन्नति में तो कम से कम आरक्षण को पूर्णतया समाप्त करना उचित होगा l

When I see peopled waiting at railway crossing and literally wasting so much time, I feel that we should do something about it. Ideas is to replace all railway crossing with overbridge or underpass, this will bring multiple benefits: 1. Manpower is not required to open & close the gates (saving the salary for 2-3 resources salary per crossing for life time. 2. Time will be saved, specially for time critical peoples like Ambulance, Police PCR etc. 3. Rails reduced maintence cost

National testing agency (NTA) has failed completely in conducting examinations.So I request the government to abandon NTA. Also I request you not to form National Recruitment Agency (NRA) because it will also be a failure like the NTA.
