Most Respected Hon.PM Modiji, I was just thinking about our soldiers who have recently lost their life fighting the terrorists in J&K. We seems to have developed a better bullet proof vest by DRDO and think it has been put in use for the Army. Now the left part a deep wound that can be caused by the terrorists remain the head which on the pictures we see are not capable of adequate bullet resistance power and usually leads to sudden death of our men.
