The third edition of the Arunachal Rang Mahotsav (ARM) 2025 commenced on November 24, 2025, at the DK Convention Centre, IG Park, Itanagar, marking a significant milestone in the cultural journey of Arunachal Pradesh.

As part of Vikas Saptah 2025, MyGov Gujarat conceptualized the Vikas Saptah Reel Competition with the objective of encouraging citizen participation in narrating stories of Gujarat’s growth and India’s development journey.

The contest was hosted on MyGov from 13th October 2025 till 13th November 2025 and received the participation of 470 entries.
