माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, क्या भारत ऐसी technology विकसित कर सकता है जिसमें भविष्य में किसी वस्तु को हजारों किलोमीटर दूर से transport करने के बजाय उसका digital design भेजकर उसे destination पर ही बनाया जा सके? मैं “Advanced Master Material Technology” पर national-level research का सुझाव देना चाहता हूँ। आज भारत कई महत्वपूर्ण raw materials और advanced components के लिए दूसरे देशों पर निर्भर है। मेरा विचार है कि ऐसी technology की feasibility पर research हो, जिसमें basic materials को अत्यंत सूक्ष्म स्तर पर process, transform और recombine करके आवश्यकता के अनुसार अलग-अलग advanced materials और components तैयार किए जा सकें। भविष्य में यही technology digital design के आधार पर physical objects के reconstruction की दिशा में विकसित हो सकती है—अर्थात वस्तु को भेजने के बजाय उसे वहीं बनाने की क्षमता। मैं यह दावा नहीं करता कि यह technology आज उपलब्ध है। मेरा अनुरोध है कि IITs, IISc, CSIR, DRDO, ISRO और भारतीय उद्योग मिलकर इसकी scientific feasibility पर research करें

I am a student and I would like to suggest a pilot programme that allows verified local citizens to carry out certain minor road maintenance works under government approval and inspection. The attached proposal explains how this could work while addressing safety, quality and fraud concerns. I believe a small scale pilot could determine whether this approach can make minor road repairs faster and more locally responsive.

विषय: वर्षा जल संचयन को अनिवार्य एवं प्रोत्साहित करने के संबंध में सुझाव माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी, सादर प्रणाम। भारत में जल संकट लगातार गंभीर होता जा रहा है। बढ़ती जनसंख्या, शहरीकरण, बहुमंजिला इमारतों की संख्या में वृद्धि तथा भूजल पर बढ़ती निर्भरता के कारण भविष्य में जल की उपलब्धता एक बड़ी चुनौती बन सकती है। जिस प्रकार सरकार सौर ऊर्जा को बढ़ावा देने के लिए विभिन्न योजनाओं एवं प्रोत्साहनों के माध्यम से नागरिकों को प्रोत्साहित कर रही है, उसी प्रकार वर्षा जल संचयन (Rainwater Harvesting) को भी व्यापक स्तर पर बढ़ावा देने की आवश्यकता है।मेरा विनम्र सुझाव है कि: भी बहुमंजिला इमारतों, सरकारी भवनों, संस्थानों एवं बड़े आवासीय परिसरों में वर्षा जल संचयन की व्यवस्था अनिवार्य की जाए। - शहरी क्षेत्रों में नए भवनों की स्वीकृति के लिए वर्षा जल संचयन प्रणाली को आवश्यक मानदंड बनाया जाए। - पुराने भवनों में वर्षा जल संचयन स्थापित करने के लिए सब्सिडी अथवा कर में छूट जैसी सुविधाएं प्रदान की जाएं। - वर्षा के पानी को उचित तकनीक के माध्यम से भूजल पुनर्भरण(Groundwater Recharge)

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय प्रणाम, मैं बजरंग सिंह गांव रानीपुरा ,विधानसभा क्षेत्र खंडेला, जिला सीकर राजस्थान में पिछले पांच वर्षों से पर्यावरण संरक्षण का कार्य कर रहा हूं। पांच वर्षों में मैं खाटूश्यामजी व जीणमाताजी मेलों में जाकर चार लाख के लगभग श्रद्धालुओं और स्थानीय लोगों को जागरुक कर चुका हूं। मैंने घर पर ही गोमूत्र व छाछ से कीटनाशक तैयार कर क्षेत्र में हजारों बड़े पेड़ों को दीमक के प्रकोप से बचाया हैं तथा श्रावण मास में चार-पांच दोस्तों को साथ लेकर गांव व बाजार में घरों की छतों या दीवारों में जो बड़े पीपल व बरगद के पौधे उगे हुए थे उनको सुरक्षित तरीके से हटकर सार्वजनिक स्थानों (जोहड़ो) पर लगाकर स्थानीय लोगों को भी पौधे लगाने के लिए प्रेरित किया। साथ ही में विद्यालयों मे जाकर स्कूली बच्चों को उत्तर रामायण का एक छोटा सा वीडियो दिखा रहा हूं जिसमे सीता माता अपने दानों पुत्रों को पेड़ नहीं कटाने तथा पर्यावरण संरक्षण की बात बता रहीं हैं इस वीडियो के माध्यम से में स्कूली बच्चों को पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए जागरूक कर रहा हूं।कृपा मेरे इस सामाजिक कार्य की "मन की बात" कार्यक्रम मे चर्चा करें।

For promoting Make in India, one very important step it to require all e-commerce platforms to have a filter "Make in India" so that customers can easily find such products first. If products in this category are not helpful people can always remove this filter. Without this filter it is difficult to check for each and every product what origin it is. I personally belong to a category to be able to pay more also if product is Indian (of good quality) but unavailability of such filter ends up making me buy so many products, mostly of Chinese origin (possibly because of back-end algo). Note, if this filter needs further details like Make in India (to represent fully Indian), Assembled in India (to represent assembled in India but majority profits going abroad), etc. that can also be roped-in in one go. Request PM Modiji to get this included at the earliest and promote choosing this filter in his public communications once the mandate is implemented on e-commerce platforms. Many thanks.
