Hon'ble Prime Minister, for the 138th episode of Mann Ki Baat, I, Darshan P B, suggest the following timely themes:
First, for Gandhi Jayanti, expanding 'Swachh Bharat' into 'Shishtachar Bharat' to promote civic etiquette. Second, combatting elderly isolation by creating youth-elderly 'Grand-Mentor' programs. Third, highlighting grassroots climate innovations. Fourth, making cyber safety a regular family discussion to prevent digital fraud.
Additionally, for World Tourism Day, emphasizing eco-sensitive, zero-waste travel. Sixth, urging a shift to traditional millets during Poshan Maah to fight lifestyle diseases. Seventh, encouraging everyday urban biodiversity. Finally, breaking the stigma around mental wellness to empower our youth ahead of World Mental Health Day.

Hon'ble Prime Minister Sir, with gratitude and sincere respect I would like to raise one question -
How can India further empower its rural youth through meaningful opportunities in skill development, entrepreneurship, digital innovation and community leadership, so that they become active contributors to inclusive rural development and the nation’s broader vision of a developed India?

Hon'ble PM. Sri N Modi , maskar. Today, a quiet revolution is happening in our villages. The jobs of the next generation require new digital skills and adaptability, and our rural youth must not lag behind.
From digital tools to modern technology, our villages are full of potential. When rural youth learn advanced skills, they do not just find work—they become job creators. Let us empower our villages by making our youth future-ready.

Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji,
I suggest that the upcoming episode of Mann Ki Baat highlight the importance of “Young India, Responsible Citizenship and Community Action.”
India’s youth are not merely future citizens; they are active participants in building the nation today. The Prime Minister could share inspiring examples of young people who are working in education, environmental protection, innovation, digital literacy, social service, rural development, accessibility and community welfare.
I would also like to suggest a nationwide “One Youth, One Community Contribution” initiative, encouraging every young person to contribute a few hours each month to a meaningful local activity—such as teaching children, planting and protecting trees, helping elderly people, supporting persons with disabilities, promoting cleanliness, conserving water, assisting in digital literacy, or preserving local heritage.
Such efforts can transform Seva from an occasional activity.

Dear Prime Minister Sir,
Pranam, I am a student and having interest in finance. I am writing to express my opening when there is a major change in India's biggest achievement UPI. Now UPI is going to be chargeable & there is very negative response from people. I know UPI can't work much longer without earning but UPI can follow earning models of platforms like YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp or Linked In etc. rather than charging from users. UPI can launch its own payment app & replace PhonePe, G-Pay, Paytm etc. And can generate revenue through publishing adds before each transaction & can charge for premium services like can start services like online Credit Card service.
Please consider this and consult with experts.
Thanks & Regards

Station to Farm – Farm to Station
Respected Prime Minister Sir,
I wish to propose “Station to Farm – Farm to Station,” a national-level concept aimed at connecting farmers around all railway stations with passengers and markets across India.
The model is designed to create simultaneous benefits for farmers, Indian Railways and the Government of India, with opportunities for rural employment, value addition, market connectivity and additional Railway business.
I have developed the concept further and would be grateful for an opportunity to present it to the appropriate authority and demonstrate it through a small, measurable pilot.

I would like the Prime Minister to speak about how young people can contribute to building a stronger and more responsible India. A special focus could be given to skill development, internships, apprenticeships and opportunities for students from smaller cities and towns. Many students have the willingness to learn and work, but they often do not know where to find genuine opportunities or how to develop industry-relevant skills.
The episode could also highlight the importance of responsible use of technology, digital safety, environmental protection and community service among young people. Sharing inspiring examples of ordinary students and citizens who are creating positive change in their communities could motivate others to take similar initiatives.
A discussion on these issues would help young Indians understand that nation-building is not only the responsibility of institutions but also something in which every citizen can participate.

Respected PM Modi Ji,
During monsoons and floods, rural ration shops often suffer severe grain damage from water seepage and pests.
In Valparai, Tamil Nadu, a wonderful grassroots innovation solved this: discarded cargo shipping containers were retrofitted into elephant-proof, watertight Fair Price Shops to safeguard tribal rations.
Across India’s ports and logistics yards, thousands of decommissioned shipping containers lie idle. Through "Container Kosh", we can repurpose them into disaster-resilient village granaries:
1.Watertight & Pest-Proof: Heavy Corten steel prevents moisture, mold, and rodents.
2.48-Hour Setup: Placed on stilts above flood levels without lengthy concrete construction.
3.Waste-to-Wealth: Turns industrial scrap into community assets painted with folk art by local youth.
This will inspire district collectors to adopt this low-cost circular model to protect every grain of food for the poor.

Respected PM ji,
Driven by frustration and optimism, I suggest SHISHTACHAR PARIVAR: localities voluntarily committed to courtesy, cleanliness and civic responsibility, taking the Swachh Bharat spirit further.
India’s progress must be measured not only by economic rankings and infrastructure, but also by how considerately we live together. The discipline some Indians display abroad often disappears on returning home.
SP localities would display their commitment and follow a code:
• Keep noise minimal, especially from 9 pm to 7 am.
• Greet others courteously, including strangers.
• Enforce zero littering with accessible, marked bins.
• Respect public space through considerate dress and behaviour.
• Keep gatherings orderly and free from inconvenience.
Residents lead by example; visitors are politely educated. Local representatives and governments can help the movement spread.
May Shishtachar Parivar make India not merely prosperous, but courteous, responsible and happier.
