PM Sir, In today’s information age, effective enforcement of media codes is more necessary than ever. Statutory and self-regulatory norms must be followed in letter and spirit, whether media supports or criticises the government. Some reporting creates impression that politicians enter public life mainly to enrich themselves, that society is divided into religious and caste blocs, and that opposing views deserve abusive labels. Phrases like “plum portfolio”, “cash cow ministry”, or highlighting appointments by caste or community turn speculation into public perception. Some channels thrive on unverified gossip, crime, gore and foul language, while ignoring the enormous nation-building work of Indians. Partisan journalism deepens divisions. Such reporting shapes impressionable minds and erodes trust in institutions. I urge strict, impartial enforcement of existing norms, with penalties for violations. Freedom of the press must go hand in hand with responsibility towards nation.

I would like to submit a research-informed policy concept entitled “Student Environmental Sustainability Index (SESI)” for consideration. SESI proposes an integrated framework covering environmental awareness, understanding of environmental issues, and sustainable development practices among school students. The framework aims to connect assessment with identification of gaps, targeted educational interventions, and subsequent reassessment. It also incorporates contextual sensitivity, privacy safeguards, and a non-punitive, no-ranking approach. I respectfully request that this concept may be considered for expert technical review and, if found appropriate, limited pilot testing. The detailed policy proposal is attached for consideration.

They mainly depend on pesticide packed carbonaceuos water like Coca Cola to avoid such problems when outside. They could not even be sustained with bottled water. So, could you arrange to define a supply of highly purified category water supply, available in all tourist places? This is a niche for such a potential buisiness idea as well.
