माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, गुजरात के केशोद (जिला जूनागढ़) से विकसित “स्वर्गारोहण – Climate Friendly Cremation System” की ओर आपका ध्यान आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ। इसके शोधकर्ता एवं नवप्रवर्तक श्री अर्जुनभाई मोहनलाल पाघड़ार ने लगभग चार दशकों के अनुभव से ऐसी स्वदेशी प्रणाली विकसित की है, जिसमें हिंदू अंतिम संस्कार की धार्मिक विधियाँ यथावत रखते हुए लकड़ी की खपत और धुएँ में उल्लेखनीय कमी लाई जा सकती है। इसे DPIIT द्वारा Green Technology Startup की मान्यता तथा Indian Patent No. 380576 प्राप्त है। स्वर्गारोहण को गुजरात सहित राजस्थान, मध्य प्रदेश, झारखंड और दमन एवं दीव में 110 से अधिक स्थानों पर स्थापित किया जा चुका है। इस नवाचार को राष्ट्रीय एवं राज्य स्तर पर अनेक सम्मान मिले हैं। यह केवल मशीन नहीं, बल्कि भारतीय परंपरा, पर्यावरण संरक्षण और जनहित को साथ लेकर चलने वाला grassroots innovation है। निवेदन है कि श्री अर्जुनभाई पाघड़ार की प्रेरणादायी यात्रा और स्वर्गारोहण जैसे भारतीय ग्रामीण नवाचार को “मन की बात” में देश के सामने साझा करने पर विचार किया जाए।

प्रधानमंत्री जी से निवेदन है कि न्यायिक व्यवस्था को और दुरस्त करे। जनता अपनी शिकायत पहले न्यायालय में दर्ज कराए फिर वह शिकायत स्थानीय चौकी या धान मे जाए। Court police और court police station की भी court परिसर मे व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए। Metro Station और सार्वजनिक स्थानो पर civil defence के कर्मचारी sufficient no. होने चाहिए। हर Metro Entrance पर कम से कम दो civil defence कर्मचारी होने चाहिए जो कि जरूरत पडने पर ambulance को call कर सकें। Civil defencephysical healthy and fit होने चाहिए जो कि70-80k
