It is very creditable for asking us the suggestions about the functioning of the Missions abroad. May I however take the liberty to give some suggestions having lived in Lithuania a tiny country but politically important: 1. In their 23 years of freedom, no high level visits from the President, Prime Minister or even a Cabinet Minister has taken place. 2. Seldom any high level senior officials visit from Important Ministries including the MEA . Wg. Cdr(retd) Rajinder Chaudhary,VSM,Vilnius

Maison Schengen @ D R Congo( European VISA center) : They provide very high tech support for VISA application including tracking your application. You visit them only two time one to submit application one to take back your passport (with VISA or denied VISA) But in case of Indian Embassy you have to act like beggar and wrongly praise the people to get your job done.

Sare office PSU, CENTEAL, STATE GOVT. , MNC, me employees ko yoga karne k liye order pass ho Q ki ye bimar honge to desh bimar hoga. Sabse jada bimariya inhi me paye jate hai. Dusre cheej jo hai ki hare des me working hour ka baundation nahi hai aise me sarkar ko chahiye ki koi kanun banaye jay. Bharat jaise des me ye muskil hai par desh hit me karna jaruri hai.

DR Congo Embassy: In terms of service improvement there are lot to do compare to other embassies but the one thing can be done at most priority is to respect all and give equal level of service even to poor and uneducated people of India. Babu style of attitude should end and a welcoming attitude should rule.

Emergency updates and guidance should be provided to all Indians to assure every one’s safety in critical conditions. Democratic Republic of Congo is passing under political emergency since 18th January 2014 where all mean of internet communication are cut and riot are happening all over the county; but there is no single word pronounced from Embassy to Indians leaving here. Many Embassies have issues guidelines to their people on other hand.
